OUR TEAM
Our founders:
We think Row is the bee’s knees when it comes to leadership, client relationships, production, problem-solving and business planning. She has a track record of delivering outstanding programs of work of any kind, with her finger on the pulse of what our clients need to achieve, and exactly how to do it. She is our Director of Big Ideas and Thoughtful Experiences.
She’s tenacious, clever, curious and knows how to pull everyone and everything together when it counts. Mostly this is because she has a load of experience across digital and live events, sponsorship, PR, marketing, content and experience design strategy. She’s worked with businesses as varied as Ford, Coles, Mars, Telstra, L’Oreal, Wesfarmers, CSL and both the consulting and NFP sectors.
Row is the only person we’ve ever met who can simultaneously grasp the big picture, the gritty detail and everything in between, all at once. We dare say getting a look under the hood of her brain would be equal parts fascinating and scary.

Marcus FitzGerald
Project Director
Marcus has been working to create exceptional outcomes in the events and experiences space for fourteen years, bringing creative concepts to life through digital and live events. He is our in-house whiz with digital communication platforms and go-to person for apps, videos, content, music and entertainment. He is a unique soul, our resident early adopter, being equally at home buried in a tech solution as he is making friendly chit chat.
You can throw any kind of experience challenge at Marcus and he will thrive. Brand activations, conferences, launches, gala dinners, roadshows, virtual events, eLearning courses, sponsorship activations… you can count on him to deliver professional end-to-end project management (and a crazily detailed budget). This is just one of the reasons he is loved by all our clients. He has a knack for taking care of everything, being super thoughtful and leaving our clients confident and begging for more big ideas to throw his way.
He has delivered work for a large variety of organisations including Asahi Beverages, BP, EnergyAustralia, NAB, Ipsen, Bristol Myers Squibb, Dulux Group, Twinings, Fonterra, Schweppes Australia, Acer Computers, Michelin and Essential Energy.

Steph is our creative strategy, big ideas guru. She weaves everything together to create winning creative campaigns. Whether it's a brand identity, name, campaign or activation, video concept, collateral, event creative, installation, environment, sponsorship activation or all the above. She’s our hero.
Creating something new, delightful and purposeful that drives consumer, trade and/or employee behaviour shouldn't be hard work. There's a lot riding on brand communications, every message is an opportunity (and every touch point costs money). Steph specialises in making the process easy. She’s collaborative, helpful, intuitive, practical and dedicated to creating something that's right for you.
She delivers EVERY time because she has years of experience across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, pharmaceutical, automotive, NFP/NGO, energy and FMCG.
