The challenge

Bring together 670+ crew members for a music festival-themed day filled with activities, food and drinks, prize draws, and celebrations—all spread across six floors of their offices!

What & why

Vanguard is one of the world’s largest investment companies, with over 1,000 crew based in Australia. This is the third time we’ve helped create their celebration for Partnership Day, an annual event to reward their hard-working crew. 2025 was extra special as it marked the 50th anniversary of the company.

 

How

• Versatile Branding: How better to mark 50 years than with our 1970s inspired event branding which was brought to life on stickers, merch, imposing 8-meter flags, and throughout all six floors?

• Live Entertainment: A DJ, roving entertainers, silent disco, and an interactive “Groove Through Time” quiz—complete with an Elton John impersonator—provided non-stop excitement all day.

• Immersive Activities: We created over 14 bespoke festival-themed activities, including glam studio, merch tent, Vibe Check scatter graph and beaded bracelet-making stations.

• Gourmet Festival Fare: Collaborating with Beatbox Kitchen, we created in-office food ‘trucks’ and festival-style snack pop-ups.

• Celebratory Close: All-day prize draws heightened the thrill, wrapping up with exclusive VIP-style closing drinks.

 

The result?
