The challenge

Bring the entire Toll sales team together for a global virtual conference, for the very first time.

 

We were challenged to simultaneously raise the bar, work with a new team at Toll on a tight timeline, all while lowering the investment required. 

What

Three hour live broadcast from a studio in Singapore, featuring 18 presenters.

 

Not your typical virtual event—instead high energy content that drove interaction through panel discussions, best practice sharing, and interactive energisers.

 

Why
  • Unify the business as Toll execute their vertical strategy under the newly formed commercial and sustainability organisation (CSO).

  • Promote collaboration, be clear on what is changing, and what to expect.

  • Mitigate resistance, capitalise on anticipation, and outline an execution plan to accelerate growth.

 

How

Key to success was reducing the reliance on PowerPoint and delivering real, authentic discussions. That means 100% live, minimal rehearsal = nerve-wracking!

 

How to keep the audience tuned in for three hours? Dynamic LED graphics, and unique use of a studio audience made up of their global leadership team, kept the messages powerful and fresh, and the energy high.

We crafted an event identity that was highly versatile, creating visual cohesion that tied everything together, while flexing to each unique application—grand digital screens or tiny polo shirt tags. 

 

The result?

Smooth delivery on time and on budget that shifted the needle.
