We created an unmissable recognition gala for Varian’s Rising Stars at Seoul’s Floating Island Convention Centre. Blending high-octane K-Pop performances and interactive blacklight activations with immersive dome ceiling projections, we transformed the riverfront venue into an electric, high-impact celebration that kept the dance floor packed.

Top-tier talent deserves more than a standard awards night. We needed to celebrate Varian’s high achievers with a fresh, ambitious experience that matched the unforgettable energy and high standard set in year one.

Following an incredible debut year, the bar was set high. Delivering that same level of electric energy and flawless standard—while translating it into a brand-new city—demanded a fresh, ambitious approach.

Approach

We evolved Varian’s signature visual palette into a bold, contemporary territory, introducing striking neon imagery across large-format arrival signage and riverfront banners.
Transformed the venue’s architectural dome ceiling into a dynamic light-and-sound canvas, complemented by neon-lit table settings.
Sparked playful interaction with a neon blacklight face-painting station, creating an irresistible, highly shareable photo moment.
Anchored the event in Seoul’s vibrant night energy, leveraging the Han River backdrop and pairing a local K-Pop performance with a seamless transition into a packed dance floor.

Outcome

The night was a triumph, proving that corporate recognition can be both deeply meaningful and wildly exciting. Guests flooded the venue with incredible energy from the moment they arrived. By daring to push the brand’s visual identity into a vibrant new space, we set a new high-water mark for Varian’s annual awards, ending the night with an extraordinarily hyped crowd.
