We transformed South Wharf’s Boatbuilders Yard into a high-energy Summer Fiesta anchored by vibrant creative comms. From Latin-inspired bill posters, playful decals, and motion graphics to 3D paper set pieces by artist Kitiya Palaskas, every visual touchpoint immersed guests in a tactile, festival-style experience before they even stepped inside.

End-of-year corporate celebrations can easily fall into generic territory. EnergyAustralia needed to turn standard end-of-year communications into a vibrant invitation that genuinely built excitement for 700 guests.

Versatile Branding: A bold pattern anchored playful decals, Latin-inspired bill posters, and motion graphics to make every touchpoint pop.
Local Paper Artistry: We collaborated with Melbourne paper artist Kitiya Palaskas on 3D set pieces, creating dual-purpose focal points that transitioned seamlessly from entrance photo-ops to stage backdrops.
High-Impact Styling: Maximised the budget with vibrant pom-pom garlands and oversized inflatable cacti to immerse guests immediately.
Seamless Flow: Designed catering and bar layouts to feed and refresh 700 people effortlessly without a queue glitch.

Outcome

The event proved that sharp copywriting and bold visual identity can shift audience energy entirely. By pairing an unmissable entrance experience with seamless logistical flow, guests stepped straight into the fiesta atmosphere—keeping the venue humming, the margaritas flowing, and the dance floor full until the very last song.
