We brought Gilead's Australian team to Melbourne for a multi-day conference which included all-staff company sessions, breakouts, team building, wellness activities, and social functions.

Challenge
Gilead's National Business Meeting 2025 focused on aligning the Australian team with the annual strategy and vision, while also energising them for the year ahead. Their goal was to minimise traditional presentations and instead offer dynamic, immersive, and engaging experiences.
Sharing the company vision and detailed strategy sets the tone for the year ahead. We needed to connect the team with each other, and with the annual plan, in a clear but invigorating way.
Approach
Welcome reception at The Decks featuring bubble artists and unique photo moments.
LED screen and custom stage, videos, live polling and creative content that blurred the lines between presenter and audience.
Team building activity that created a pride flag from donated clothing that was later upcycled.
An Aurora Australis inspired gala awards dinner at Metropolis, a true crescendo to the program.

Outcome
A successful kick-off with 94% of attendees now feeling prepared for the year ahead.
Testimonial
From the event creative, right through to the plenary sessions and Gala Dinner, you have been exceptionally easy to work with and brought your creativity and professionalism to every task. I know we tested a few deadlines and required a few last minute changes (we won't forget the team building exercise anytime soon!) and you were incredibly flexible and upbeat throughout.
