We took Toll's top 100+ leaders from all over the world to Bangkok to participate in collaborative strategic sessions focused on the future of Toll. This included a brand campaign launch, immersive culture workshop, and fun team building and social functions designed to build connections.

Challenge

To engage the leaders of Toll in future thinking and connect them to their purpose with the intention of creating actionable, future focussed goals they can take back to their teams.

Our attendees are committed to leading the vision and purpose of Toll. It had been 4 years since they were together face to face. It was very important they collaborate over ways to Accelerate Toll towards the future. To drive Toll to being the industry leader. To do this, it was vital they solve roadblocks to future thinking and empowerment, while wholeheartedly embracing Toll's new brand proposition “Curiosity in motion.”

Approach

We designed and then amplified a core message of Accelerating our Future through every touchpoint. With app content to keep them informed and engaged. A venue with multiple possibilities used cleverly to create variety. Snippets and tastes of the Thai culture and cuisine. Regular creative and thoughtful touches to keep leaders engaged and refreshed.

We helped them design and facilitate immersive sessions for strategy, vision, digitisation, and brand ensuring seamless and connected content across the 3 days.

We closed the event with a fun celebration gala dinner that encouraged letting go of yesterday, being present today, and celebrating tomorrow.

Outcome

A vision for the future with actionable next steps. Leaders enthusiastic and ready to take on the world. A true shift in thinking and understanding with a 33% increase in engagement around growth and 96% of attendees now believing they have the power to shape the future of Toll.
