Varian

Driving Global Impact, Locally Delivered

We delivered a structured three-night residency in Seoul, balancing two days of technical conferencing with frequent networking opportunities. This included a Korean market inspired Welcome Reception and an offsite Awards Gala, providing a sophisticated platform for Varian-a Siemens Healthineers company-to communicate strategy and recognise excellence across its Asia Pacific workforce.

Seoul

Challenge

A theatre style plenary set up was made engaging through use of multiple screens featuring ever evolving animation. This screen takeover continued throughout the hotel with an almost 7m high screen in the foyer providing maximum branding impact.

Approach
  • Created a Welcome Function highlighting traditional Korean culture including a fan dance, medicinal tea tasting, and beauty product trial, to showcase local entrepreneurship.

  • Facilitated four diverse breakout sessions designed to engage employees through interactive presentation styles and direct patient-centric discussions.

  • Developed a bespoke 'Seoul Search' digital scavenger hunt, weaving patient stories and networking into a competitive regional activity.

  • Produced a 'Neon Nights' inspired Gala at the Floating Island Convention Centre, utilising immersive dome projections and contemporary K-pop elements to elevate the recognition experience.

Outcome

91% of attendees reported clear alignment and confidence in Varian’s unified corporate strategy.
