Challenge
With only 4 weeks from brief to event day, The Bite Project partnered with Bradbury & Co to engage the Jeep's Dealers around the electric future of Jeep. Sharing Stellantis' plans to take them there and instilling confidence in a dealer network that has had a tough few years.
Stellantis needed to bring together the network to share plans to move forward after a tough few years. It was important the day instilled confidence in the products and vision of the future and in Stellantis, the new parent company for Jeep.
Approach
We used a Melbourne TV studio location to express a dramatic shift through stunning, emotive designed content on a huge 9m x 5m LED screen. The Dealers were surprised with a unique blank space venue.
They entered through a black carpet LED lit arrival experience into a studio transformed into a theatre for the brand. There were vehicle displays, a custom circular stage and intelligent room lighting system that adapted to the content displayed on screen.
We gave them a chance to mingle and debate the future of Jeep accompanied by exceptional catering.

Outcome
A shared vision for the future of Jeep and a dealer network inspired to get onboard.
